Our name, 360 Real Estate reflects the three core fundamentals of the company:

• Comprehensive Services: We are a full service Austin real estate company.  We show houses, answer questions, offer advice, provide market data, negotiate contracts, and see our client’s transactions all the way through to closing.  And, we give our clients….

• Community Contributions: In real estate, our clients buy homes, live in the neighborhoods, raise families, and make up the communities we work in. That’s why with each sale we donate to local schools through DonorsChoose.org, where teachers request funding for specific projects. This is our way giving back directly to the communities in which we do business.

How we work at 360 Real Estate

We give a 30% rebate to home buyers we represent. We’re able to do this because we keep costs down and focus on delivering the service and resources customers need.

• We are an independent Austin real estate brokerage: We don’t have any franchise fees or commission splits going to “the house” – no pun intended.
• We keep our overhead low: These days real estate work is either online or in the field  – at the houses buyers want to buy, and sellers want to sell.  We don’t have big expensive fancy offices with plush furniture, espresso machines, and our sign on the side of the building.
• We use efficient technology: We bring you online tools to search and find homes, and its pretty cost effective for us. We have a nice website, but we’ll let you in on a secret, we didn’t spend tens of thousands of dollars having it developed with custom applications.

Odds are you found us online, which means you are likely browsing for houses online and probably prefer to search for and review houses on your own.  And we say go to it, on this site you can browse homes by map, zip code, address, schools or a number of other criteria.  You can save your favorite houses or get email alerts for new listings that meet your custom criteria.

Technology however cannot replace the fundamental thing that makes a real estate company successful.
